| William
C. Boyd |
Mr.
Boyd was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1968 and the U.S. Southern
District of Texas in 1969. His preparatory education
was at Texas Tech University (B.S. 1962), where he is active
in the Tech Ex-Students Association. He completed his
Law Degree in 1969 at the University of Houston. Mr.
Boyd was an associate at Woodard, Hall, & Primm from 1969-1971.
He became a member of the firm on January 1, 1972. The
firm's name was changed to Patterson, McDaniel & Boyd
on January 1, 1973. He was a director of the Houston
Bar Association (1977-1979) and of the State Bar of Texas
(1979-1981). Mr. Boyd also served several terms as the
municipal judge of Missouri City, Texas. Mr. Boyd was
the contributing author to the "Texas Collections Manual"
(1st ed.) published by the State Bar of Texas. He is
a member of the Texas Banker's Association, the Commercial
Law League, the State Bar of Texas; Houston Bar Association;
and the American Bar Association. Mr. Boyd has enjoyed
Martindale-Hubbell's highest ranking for lawyers "AV"
continuously since the early 1970's. |

Scott Boyd

Scott
graduated with a BS in Biology from Davidson College. He received
his JD from South Texas College of Law in 2000, where he was
an Assistant Articles Editor of the Law Review. Subsequent
to graduation, S. Scott Boyd became associated with the firm
of Wells, Peyton, Greenberg & Hunt, an established firm
in the City of Beaumont, Texas. His practice continued
with the firm until March 1, 2003 when he joined the firm
of Patterson, Boyd, & Lowery, P.C. as an associate lawyer.
His practice areas include commercial litigation, employment
law, probate law, school law, and toxic tort defense.

Richard
L. Fason
|
Mr.
Fason attended University of Texas in Austin, Texas where
he obtained a BA Degree in 1991. In 1996, Richard obtained
a JD Degree from South Texas School of Law in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Fason is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American
Bar Association, and the Commercial Law League of America.
