William C. Boyd

William C. Boyd was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1968 and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas in 1969. He received a B.S. from Texas Tech University in 1962 and completed his law degree at the University of Houston in 1969.

Mr. Boyd joined the firm that became Patterson, Boyd & Lowery in the early 1970s. He has served as a director of the Houston Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas, served as municipal judge of Missouri City, and contributed to the State Bar of Texas Collections Manual.

S. Scott Boyd

S. Scott Boyd grew up in Houston and graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Davidson College. He received his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2000, where he was an Assistant Articles Editor of the Law Review.

After practicing with Wells, Peyton, Greenberg & Hunt, LLP in Beaumont, Mr. Boyd joined PBL in 2003. His practice includes appellate law, commercial litigation, employment law, probate law, and representation of creditors in Bankruptcy Court.

Richard L. Fason

Richard L. Fason grew up in Houston. He earned a B.A. from the University of Texas at Austin in 1991 and a J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1996.

Mr. Fason is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Bar Association, and the Commercial Law League of America. His practice areas include commercial litigation, creditors' rights, and subrogation law.

Angela C. Salinas-Taylor

Angela C. Salinas-Taylor grew up in Houston. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston in 2013. She graduated from South Texas College of Law and was licensed to practice law in 2024. While in law school, she was a co-founder of the South Texas College of Law Business Law Society.

Prior to law school, she earned her paralegal certification from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies and worked as support staff in a variety of law firms. After practicing personal injury law at the Daspit Law Firm, she joined PBL in 2025 and is now honing her skills in commercial litigation and creditors' rights, along with all of the firm's general practice areas.
